Becoming an advertiser is a fantastic way to get your work or business in front of every attendee at the Realm Makers Conference as well as the readers who attend the events where we sell books. Every year, the Realm Makers Writers Conference draws more than 500 authors hungry for the books and services you provide. The program booklet is an essential resource those authors will refer to again and again as they go about their conference weekend and beyond.

Please note: you do not need to attend the writers conference or expo to advertise with us. If you can't make it to the events, what better way to still reach our many attendees with your message and products?
Please fill out the form below and provide a digital image file of your advertisement for our use. Specifications for all ads are listed below.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All ad files are due by June 16th, 2025.
Note: If your ad is not submitted by the deadline, we cannot guarantee its placement in the conference program.
FORMAT: All ads will be in full color and full bleed. Any high res image file will work (ie. jpg, eps, tif or png. Please do not send .docx files, as there is a signigicant chance the file will not appear as you intended in the booklet.)
Make sure to reserve 1/4 inch internal margins from each edge to allow for trimming. (No important content should exist within a 1/4 inch of the edge of your ad.)
DIMENSIONS: Full Page Ad - 8.5 inches wide x 11 inches high 1/2 Page Ad - 8.5 inches wide x 5.5 inches high 1/4 Page Ad - 4.25 inches wide x 5.5 inches high Business Card Ad - 3.5 inches wide x 2 inches high
Please verify the dimensions of your ad. If you submit the wrong size and we are not able to receive the correct size from you by the due date, your ad may not be printed in the conference program.
