2026 Realm Makers Writers Conference & Expo Registration

If you are a Christian who writes speculative fiction, you will find your people at the Annual Realm Makers Conference & Expo: June 24–27, 2026, in St. Louis, Missouri.

Our 2026 Conference & Expo will offer in-person and online options. You will have access to classes and keynote addresses during and after the event no matter which way you attend. Every attendee has access to replays of every class.

During the conference dates in June, we will record all classes. In-person and online attendees get access to all recorded sessions via the RealmSphere, our private online community, until December 31, 2026. During the live event on June 25–27, online attendees will have livestream access to:

  • All keynote addresses.
  • One class per time segment, as determined by which content is assigned to the largest ballroom on Thursday and Friday.
  • The Realm Awards Banquet and Ceremony.
  • Select panels on Saturday, TBD.

Please select the class sessions below that you're most likely to attend. This is just so we can plan ahead for room capacities. If you change your mind, no problem. You don't even have to tell anyone of the switch.
Continuing Sessions will meet on Thursday morning at 10:15 am, Thursday afternoon at 1:30 pm, and Friday morning at 10:15 am.

Paid Critiques

You will have an opportunity to purchase paid critiques via a link in your confirmation email. These will be available only through April 24, and documents to be critiqued will have a submission deadline of May 1.

Additional Information

Dining Needs
For the awards dinner, we do our best to accommodate common dietary restrictions, but please bear in mind for a group as large as Realm Makers, each person will need to self-advocate at meal time to make sure their server knows of their needs. Please select any of the above you need excluded from your meal (things that wouldn't be possible for you to just eat around, or would cause a severe reaction if you encountered them.) When we get closer to the event, we will outline the menu for the awards dinner for your information and planning.

Lodging and Dining

Our conference hotel this year is the beautiful St. Louis Union Station Hotel, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. Use our registration link to ensure you get our block rate.

The hotel complex includes many dining options, so apart from the banquet we will not be selling catered meals this year. Visit this page for a complete list of Union Stations's dining options.

Do not book your hotel room at the prompting of any email from a third party. Only use the link on our website to get the contracted group rate for Realm Makers.

Transportation

The St. Louis Station Hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. We recommend that you plan on taking a taxi or rideshare from the airport. Consider connecting with other attendees in the RealmSphere to share a cab. The hotel is also on the MetroLink light rail line; the Union Station stop is on the south end of the hotel's entertainment complex.

Release of Liability
RELEASE OF LIABILITY In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Realm Makers Conference, I release from liability and waive my right to sue Realm Makers, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents (collectively “Realm Makers”) from any and all claims, including claims of Realm Makers’ negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this Conference, travel to and from the Conference (including air travel), or any events incidental to this Conference.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY In the event you discover you cannot attend the Realm Makers conference after you’ve registered, the following refund policy will apply: More than 60 days prior to conference: full refund, less a 10% processing fee; 30–59 days prior to conference: 50% refund; less than 30 days prior to conference, non refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another attendee. You are responsible for finding the individual to whom you wish to transfer your registration and informing the conference registrar of the change.
Harassment Policy
HARASSMENT POLICY By registering for the Realm Makers Conference, whether as an attendee, guest, or vendor, I agree to abide by the conference's sexual harassment policy, which can be found here: www.realmmakers.com/harassment-policy/ Further, I will abide by Realm Makers' general code of conduct, whereby I will not monopolize any attendee, faculty member, or special guest's time and attention. Realm Makers staff reserve the right to ask any conference attendee to modify their conduct with another attendee if the staff deems the conduct unprofessional. Persistent unprofessional behavior may result in disciplinary action, up to and including ejection of any attendee behaving inappropriately. Banning of any attendee remains at the sole discretion of Realm Makers staff and officers. Upon ejection or banning, no refund will be granted to the attendee subject to the disciplinary action. THIS POLICY APPLIES, WHERE APPLICABLE, TO BOTH IN-PERSON and ONLINE ATTENDANCE.
