The Realm Makers Defamation Lawsuit: Context and Timeline
Why have we created this page?
As Scott and Becky Minor have begun seeking financial support to help cover mounting legal fees in their 18 month battle against David Solomon and the Voices for Voices podcast, the Minors have received a substantial and impactful amount of feedback, questions, and input regarding the allegations. They had no choice but to craft a repository of details to get ahead of this influx of requests for additional information by addressing it directly and as succinctly as possible.
It is the Minors’ intention to be transparent and consistent as they discreetly discuss this matter with those who demonstrate a desire to help.
The short answer to the question posed on this podcast thumbnail: No.
Becky and Scott have been falsely accused by David Solomon of child trafficking. For the sake of those who may have met this same person over the last 15 years, you may know him by one of his aliases:

How It Began –
In Oct 2024, Solomon reached out to Scott making claims about author Bryan Davis being a child trafficker. It must be said right away that after reviewing A LOT of content and videos Scott found absolutely no evidence to support Solomon’s claims.
What Scott did uncover was that David Solomon has been repeatedly contacting Christian authors as far back as 2012. Many of these authors, the Minors know personally.
Solomon has been publicly accusing Bryan Davis of child trafficking SINCE 2015.
Seven days after Solomon brought these accusations against Davis to Scott, Realm Makers leadership reviewed all the gathered information and decided it was necessary to ban Solomon and several others from Realm Makers’ private social network, the RealmSphere, for misuse of the platform. Realm Makers refused to allow Solomon or any other member to use the direct message function of the RealmSphere to mislead others, which we came to the conclusion Solomon was doing.
You are invited to review all the original recordings of accusations against Realm Makers as we provide them on this page, but if you want to listen to just one thing, Episode 204 of the Voices for Voices podcast which is titled “A Father’s Fight and Receipts to Prove it.” It contains the audio of a 2-hour phone call that was recorded in October 2024 and posted on Youtube on March 18, 2025.
You will hear Solomon’s own voice making his claims against Bryan Davis as Scott dug for verifiable answers. As you listen, keep in mind that this conversation took place after Scott spent seven days reviewing volumes of information and hours of video that led to his conclusion that Solomon’s claims weren’t valid.
As you listen, please ask yourselves what proof is exposed in this conversation? Not once does Solomon accuse Scott of being a child trafficker in this phone call, and yet, 5 months later, Hayes and Solomon began spreading rumors of heinous crimes, pointing to this phone call as just cause to claim Realm Makers is dangerous.

To summarize, especially for the benefit of those who don’t have the time to spare on such a long video:
- Scott was interrogated by one of David Solomon’s allies for the first 30 minutes about reviewing the information he received about Solomon’s past interactions with Davis.
- The individual interrogating Scott demonstrated by gaps in his knowledge that he had not watched any of the video evidence himself.
- Of the evidence provided to Scott, the alleged emails didn’t come from Bryan Davis’s actual email address. The texts didn’t come from Bryan’s phone number. Scott spent hours tracing back source email addresses and phone numbers to verify this. And all the video “evidence” did not contain what the Solomons claimed.
Once David Solomon joined the call, the conversation rambled for a long time. Some key points:
1:01:40 – Scott explained how to edit a forwarded email as reasoning for his request for “original” email communication, and Scott encountered pushback on this.
1:08:50 – Solomon stated that he would send Scott anything he needed to demonstrate the “truth” of Davis’s alleged behavior. Scott asked repeatedly for links to the videos Solomon claimed incriminate Bryan Davis, and Solomon agreed he would send them. However, over a seven-day period of incessant communication, Scott never received any material corroborating Solomon’s claims of Davis admitting to criminal activities.
1:22:50 – A very important part, where Scott mentioned the texts and emails don’t seem to have come from Bryan, and eventually, David agreed!
To reiterate: The phone call, in conjunction with Realm Makers leadership’s assessment of unreliable evidence, led to the ultimate decision of Solomon’s banning.
Solomon’s Resulting Offensive:
Immediately after the banning, Solomon left Scott a profanity-laden voicemail, accusing Scott of destroying his 8-year-old stepson’s writing career. The Solomons stated they were using the RealmSphere to connect their child to what they considered professional opportunities through their accounts on the platform, since Realm Makers had previously declined the Solomons’ request to allow the 8-year-old to have his own account.
5 months elapsed after that incident, but in March of 2025, Realm Makers leadership began seeing videos accusing Scott of child trafficking, expanding previous accusation against Bryan Davis to now include Realm Makers.
Since March of 2025, a podcast called Voices for Voices, run by Justin Alan Hayes, has partnered with Solomon to create and post countless podcast episodes and social media videos amplifying Solomon’s evolving story.
To give you a sense of the scope of how much material Voices for Voices has flooded the internet with: it took 15 pages of legal material to document the claims being made against Scott and Realm Makers, and that was just to call out the statements made in videos posted between March and June of 2025. Videos continued to appear on Voices for Voices’ platform long after the Minors filed their initial complaint. This was not a one-time accusation; it has been an ongoing, relentless campaign to ruin Realm Makers’ reputation.
Voices for Voices continually creates headlines that insinuate that Scott, or Realm Makers, is doing terrible things, that they are happening within the RealmSphere, and that he and Solomon have “receipts to prove it.”
When it became clear Solomon, Voices for Voices, and their allies would not heed any request to stop the posts or remove anything from online, the Minors felt they needed to act by filing an official lawsuit in the late spring of 2025.
Additional Authors Implicated
This pattern has repeated itself many times with others who don’t believe David’s claims. One such example is author Sophia Hansen, who we mention with her permission.
She is the one who first shared Solomon’s claims of abuse with Scott. Honestly, who wouldn’t have compassion on someone after hearing such a traumatic story? Since Sophia was aware of the situation as it unfolded, she became convinced that it would be best to sever communication with Solomon and banned him from contacting her on Facebook.
On the very first podcast, Solomon made the following statement, “I am going to name the second individual, Sophia Hansen, who is a Christian fantasy author. And although I’m not coming out here and bluntly saying she’s a human trafficker, I do have evidence that says otherwise from many individuals now that have come forward.”
Sophia is only one of many names that Solomon has dropped on dozens of podcast episodes making similar claims, all relating to Christian authors writing speculative fiction. And if not mentioning authors by name, he levels blanket accusations of a large percentage of RealmSphere users as being participants in the alleged trafficking activities.
Time To Take Action
Filing and pursuing a defamation suit of this magnitude against a relentless, ongoing campaign requires extensive legal counsel, court fees, and evidence collection. Achieving justice before a Court of law is our ultimate goal. We are hopeful that the truth with prevail as the litigation continues.
To sustain this fight to its resolution without jeopardizing Realm Makers’ ongoing operations, we need our community to stand with us financially.

This is the video that prompted Solomon to reach out to Scott in Oct 2024 to claim Bryan Davis was harassing and bullying him and his family. This is the first public statement Bryan Davis made after about 10 years of accusations from Solomon.

The Minors would not have pursued legal action if the attacks were only against Scott and Realm Makers since they were totally baseless and could be easily disproven.
It is primarily because David Solomon has engaged in nearly 15 years of various forms of repeated contact and accusations, focused on authors of Christian Speculative Fiction that Scott and Becky felt uniquely positioned to be the ones to finally do something about it.
