9 am – Keynote address

10:00 am to 4:30 pm – Continuing Sessions and Electives

6:00 pm – Realm Awards Banquet doors open

7:30 pm – Realm Awards ceremony begins

Friday: Class Content ALL DAY

9 am – Keynote address or round table discussion

10 am to 5:00 pm – Continuing Session and Electives

NOON – Exhibit Hall Opens 

Evening: Informal gathering options TBD

Saturday

10 am – Exhibit Hall Opens 

10:30 am to 4:00 pm

-Panel discussions featuring faculty and guests
-Special Events (signings, meet-n-greet, reveals, debuts, screenings)

4:00 pm – Closing Keynote

7:00 pm – Exhibit Hall Closes

Saturday's details will fill in as we confirm our roster of guests. Expect panels for writers, fans, and exploration in storytelling that adventures beyond novel writing.

A note about meals:

Conference registration includes the Awards Banquet (Thursday dinner.)

For other breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, St. Louis Union Station offers several nearby options for meals, whether that means sit-down dining at a restaurant, grab and go food in eateries nearby, or ordering delivery. A little advance planning goes a long way in making your meal experiences during the conference hassle free and enjoyable!
