Terms and Conditions
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Realm Makers Conference, the registration form will require you to check off a release from liability. This waives your right to sue Realm Makers, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents (collectively “Realm Makers”) from any and all claims, including claims of Realm Makers’ negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss suffered or which may result from participation in this Conference, travel to and from the Conference (including air travel), or any events incidental to this Conference.
ACCOMMODATIONS
* Reservations must be made directly with St Louis Union Station, Curio Collection by Hilton, our conference hotel. A dedicated reservation portal link will be posted here as soon as it’s available.
The room block is limited, but staying at the conference hotel is one way to make sure you get the most out of your Realm Makers experience! Don’t delay, as there’s no guarantee there will be additional rooms available when our block inevitably sells out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you discover you cannot attend the Realm Makers conference after you’ve registered, the following refund policy will apply:
More than 60 days prior to conference: full refund, less a 10% processing fee (to cover the charges we incur to have run your initial payment, the percentage fee for running a refund, and other costs we cannot recoup.)
30-59 days prior to conference: 50% refund
Less than 30 days prior to conference: non refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another attendee. You are responsible for finding the individual to whom you wish to transfer your registration and informing the conference registrar of the change.

PAYMENT BY CHECK:
Your registration is not considered complete until we receive your check and it clears with our bank. Only at that time will you be able to schedule appointments. All checks must be received by June 1, 2026. Please make checks payable to Realm Makers Conferences LLC and mail to 939 N Washington St. Pottstown, PA 19464.

Conference Scholarships
Every year, we offer a small number of full and partial scholarships to individuals who cannot attend Realm Makers without some financial support. These scholarships are funded by our annual raffle, held at the conference.
