Join us again at beautiful Union Station in St. Louis, July 23-24, 2027 to connect with readers, writers, and other creators of positive, Christian, and/or clean speculative stories!

This form is only being sent to 2026 exhibitors. Register by October 15 23rd [EXTENDED] and you can secure your booth or table at the 2026 rates! Prices will increase when we open up registrations for new exhibitors later this year.

This preregistration form will now close Oct 23rd. I just extended it due to the fact that I’ll be exhibiting at a book event that weekend and I want to be available to answer questions ahead of the deadline.

Table or Booth Type Details

What’s included with your registration:

Author/Artist table ($200) includes a 6 foot table with tablecloth and 2 chairs in an 8′ x 5′ space.

Exhibitor Booth ($400) includes a 6 foot table with tablecloth and 2 chairs in an 10′ x 8′ space

You may bring banners, backdrops, table decor, and any other furnishings, display supplies, or materials to enhance your table/booth so long as they don’t extend outside the allotted floorspace of your chosen exhibit type.

Electricity access requests will be filled first come/first served. A limited number of spaces in the exhibit hall will have access to outlets to plug in small items such as a laptop or phone. If you need more substantial electrical access for a display or other features for your booth, guaranteed electric lines will be available for purchase at an added expense at the time of registration.

Policies and Procedures

THIS IS ONLY A PREREGISTRATION that locks in your discounted rate for exhibiting in 2027.

When we open registration for exhibitors to the public, you will receive a coupon code via email to use on the official Realm Makers Exhibit Hall exhibitor portal.

At that time, you will be able to elect any add-on features that we make available, TBD. Examples of potential add-on products are: guaranteed electric line, pipe and drape, booth location upgrades.

CANCELLATION: Exhibitor registrations are non-refundable, but they are transferrable. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor who wishes to cancel to find someone who wishes to take their spot. Realm Makers will help facilitate the transfer of the space to the new exhibitor. Upon transfer, the original exhibitor will receive a refund, minus a 10% administration fee. If the exhibitor is unable to arrange a transfer of their registration to someone else, they are entitled to no refund.
