This is our 14th annual Realm Makers Conference and the second year hosting this expanded Realm Makers Expo. We outgrew our previous venues in recent years and are incredibly excited about our newest venue, the Union Station Hotel in St. Louis, MO! It is a restored train station circa 1894 with the largest expo space within 300 miles of St. Louis.

Exhibitor Tear Down

For anyone who exhibited in 2025 we’ve made a few changes for 2026:

  • There will be no higher fees for “Premium” locations, just a fee to upgrade to a corner booth. There are entrances to the exhibit hall from all sides so there is no obvious front or back to the exhibit hall.
  • Shopping at the Expo will be free for the public! Tickets will be required to access Expo content.
  • Authors and artists may share a table with another author or artist. (Maximum of 2 at a table.)
  • More flexibility with regard to booth and table coverage.
  • Saturday at the Expo will not conflict with writers conference sessions.

SUBMISSION FORM for swag bag items

Below you will find instructions for sending promotional material for our conference and expo swag bags.

Swag bag contribution is available to event sponsors, exhibitors, and RealmSphere subscribers at the Paladin or Patron level. We recommend sending a quantity of at least 600. Your contribution will be given to all conference attendees, faculty, VIP, & Deluxe ticket holders.

Important Swag Contribution Notes

To ensure your items get placed in the conference bags, you must get them to our staff before we begin the bag assembly process. Your options to do so are as follows:

Option 2: Ship to Realm Makers by June 12
Option 3: 
Ship to storage facility by June 21
Option 4: Ship to hotel by June 22

Your items must be in our staff's hands at the registration desk by 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 23. If your swag items do not arrive to us before we begin stuffing the conference bags, we cannot guarantee they will be included.
