WT* should Christian Creators Do With R-rated scenes

Bad Words, Good Sex, and Terrible Violence: Should verses about purity and avoiding unclean talk—not to mention worries about millstones—lead us to avoid scenes, topics, and language that offend some readers, or do Christians have something to say about "adult" themes to our culture? What are right ways and wrong ways? Where's the line? Does the intended audience matter when anyone of any age might read our book, watch our show, or play our game?
