Event Arrival and Departure

The retreat center, Laguna Beach Christian Retreat, is located at 20016 Front Beach Rd
Panama City Beach, FL 32413 . The closest airport to the retreat is the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport https://www.iflybeaches.com/ . It is a 16 mile drive from the airport to the retreat center, and neither Realm Makers nor LBCR provide airport transportation. We advise connecting with other retreat attendees on the RealmSphere Retreat group (we will invite you to this soon) to carpool, or else arrange your own transportation by rental car or paid shuttle service. The airport website has full information on ground transportation options.

Room check in at the retreat will be anytime after 3 pm on February 15, 2026. Check out is 9 am on February 19. Our first activity as a group will be dinner on the 15th, at approximately 6 pm. 

If you will be arriving late (after 9 pm on the 15th,) please email becky@realmmakers.com to make us aware so we can make check in arrangements for you.

Optional Meals Add-On
All the accommodations at the retreat have kitchens or kitchenettes, so you may prepare your own meals or choose to let us cook for you. Meals will include: Dinner on day 1; Breakfast, lunch and dinner on days 2-3; Breakfast on day 4. If you have extensive or uncommon dietary needs, you may want to consider preparing your meals and then bringing them to eat with the group.
If there is an individual you know is coming to the retreat and you'd like to share your room with, please list them here. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee individuals will be housed together.
